‘Songland’ premiered on NBC on Monday, May 28th, becoming the highest rated alternative summer series since June of 2017. SMACK’s Shane McAnally, a panelist on the show, was given the opportunity to work with budding songwriter Tebby Burrows. Together, they transformed her song, “We Need Love,” into a powerful anthem ultimately chosen by John Legend to record. “We Need Love” is available everywhere now.
