After spending the last 17 years as frontman for the genre-blending band, Green River Ordinance, singer-songwriter Josh Jenkins has stepped out with his debut single as a solo artist. Last week, "Perfect Mess" was dropped as the first release from his forthcoming solo project, due later this year.
